The properties will sell to the highest bidder, regardless of price. The properties will be sold individually via several rounds of bidding. Bidding will be live in person at the Milford Community Building. Telephone, email and sealed bids may also be accepted. Auction terms will be: 10% of the high bid non-refundable deposit on auction day with the final closings to be in 30 days of less. The seller will provide clear title, title insurance and a deed.
